Pork Belly Lollipops
Smoked pork belly cube in a maple-bourbon glaze, sprinkled with pink peppercorns and candied lime.
Fried Chicken & Caviar
Buttermilk fried chicken wings brushed with fermented hot honey and served alongside sturgeon caviar and crème fraîche.
Tuna Tartare
Bluefin tuna and avocado with a soy-ginger-lime vinaigrette, crispy shallots, and pommes gaufrette.
Surf & Turf
Reverse seared beef chuck-eye and grilled Cajun tiger shrimp topped with beef-fat salsa verde.
OR
Super Sexy Upgrade (+1495 CZK/person): 60 day dry aged beef tomahawk (1kg) and a buttermilk fried lobster tail with foie gras infused bordelaise sauce.
Minimum 2 people, whole table must participate.
Both options served with pommes pureé, roasted bone marrow, grilled lemon, and smoked cherry tomatoes.
Bananas Foster
Grilled bananas in a creamy caramel sauce with vanilla ice cream and a tableside rum flambé.

🕖 Last seating for our normal menu at 6pm. Reservations for special menu start at 8pm. Kitchen closes at 10pm. Last call for drinks at 12:30 am.
👯 Our food is served family style in the middle of the table and the menu is designed for groups of 2, 4, 6, etc… Coming alone or in odd numbers? Email us and we’ll take care of you.
🧾 Full prepayment required to confirm booking. Cancellation before 23/12 results in a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation fee. No refunds for cancellations after 23/12.
